Estate Agency Affair Board
Our directors and auctioneers are all registered and qualified
members of the Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa, and
hold valid Fidelity Fund Certificates. Both purchasers and sellers
are fully protected by the Estate Agency Affairs Act of 1976.
National Auctioneers Associations
The National Auctioneers
Association promotes the auction method of marketing assets and
works to advance the professionalism of auction practitioners.
Founded in 1949, the NAA continues to build on more than 50 years
of excellence. Approximately 6,000 NAA professionals
internationally subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics, ensuring a
positive and worry-free selling experience. We are proud to be
associated with the NAA
South African Institute of Auctioneers
We are a
registered member of SAIA (South African Institute of
Auctioneers).
This body aims to protect the image of auctioneers and the
auctioneering profession in the eyes of the public, business and
Government sectors and to encourage healthy and innovative trading
in an atmosphere of honesty, ethics, fair play and
co-operation.
SAIA ensures the protection of the interests of the general body
of members in the conduct by them in their profession and to
ensure, for the benefit of persons dealing with members, that those
persons may at all times expect and receive a uniform and
consistent general method of business in accordance with the
adopted code of ethics.
South African Property Owners Association
SAPOA was
established in 1966 by the leading and large property investment
organisations to bring together all role players in the commercial
property field and create a powerful platform for property
investors. SAPOA is recognized as the representative body and
official voice of the commercial and industrial property industry
in South Africa, with a combined portfolio in excess of R 150
billion.
SAPOA members control approximately 90% of all commercial and
industrial property in SA. The association is held in high esteem
by relevant sectors of government and is, accordingly, consulted on
all matters pertaining to the property industry. SAPOA enjoys
representation on all the South African bodies, which are key to
the country's property development.
Having established close working relationships with a number of
similar bodies internationally, SAPOA members and the association
benefit from worldwide networking on a variety of issues, and
arrange appropriate visits and meetings.

interest in Europe and the USA and there brand is advertised
extensively throughout Manhatten. Bid on the City and Auction

properties, for the benefit of consumers and thereby expanding the

affiliated with Williams & Williams, who are global auctioneers
for all types of real estate. Separate sales divisions serve the
corporate, mortgage banking, employee relocation and trust
industries with modern transparent auctions for the ongoing sale of
owned assets. The company also serves individual property owners
through its Farm, Ranch and Premiere sales divisions.
