History
Auction Alliance has evolved from various predecessors involved
in the auction, sale and valuation of assets. Our main roots are
from Levco Auctions established in 1992 and the merger of Boland
Bank Auctions with property auctioneers Seeff Auctions in
1995. We renamed ourselves Auction Alliance in 1998 and grew
substantively by marketing auctions as first choice method of sale
and launched numerous market innovations resulting in profit growth
of 600% over the last five years.
In nearly two decades of leading and stimulating markets we have
been at the forefront of the South African property auction
industry and we have grown into the country's largest auction
house.
Many of the innovations which today are regarded as industry
standards were developed by Alliance Blues. As pioneers in
the auction industry, we have always defined our own space and we
have constantly found superior solutions for our clients through
our dedication to providing excellence in everything we
undertake.
Throughout the years we have built loyal client relationships by
adding value and, as such, our clients regard us as reliable and
trusted long term partners. Since inception, one of our most
cherished values has been the fact that we exist for our clients.
This has been paramount and we have ranked our clients at the top
of our organisation.
